About The Event
Tom has studied under a disciple of the Grand Master in China, Chen Zhenleigh. Subjects he will teach in this class include some history of Tai Chi, silk reeling, Wu Ji meditation, and beginners Lao Jai (also called 4 Directions). Advanced classes will be added as we progress. Chen Tai Chi is intended to give everyone the tools to be healthy and whole. Weekly classes will be held in our Fellowship House on Thursdays at 10:00am.
